What is Filipino polvoron? 

Filipino polvoron is a crumbly, powdery, melt-in-your-mouth, no-bake shortbread treat made from toasted flour, milk powder, butter, and sugar, then pressed into oval or round molds.

What is the shelf life of the polvoron?

Shelf life: 2 weeks at room temperature, 1 month in the fridge (in a freezer-safe bag or container), and 3 months in the freezer (in a freezer-safe bag or container). If stored in the fridge or freezer, allow about 2 hours for it to come to room temperature before eating for the best texture.
